Role Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated professional to join our founding team and operate as an extension to the founding team. This role requires someone with excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and assist the founding team on managing strategic projects.
• Work closely with the founding team to set priorities, design strategy, and implement initiatives.
• Work on competitive intelligence, market research, company branding, marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist the team in proposal drafting, presentations, & investor relationship management.

Requirements:

• Curious, open-minded and self-starter.
• Strong interest in the climate-tech space.
• Comfortable operating in an unstructured, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
